“The Hardest Working Bitch in Show Business,” Mimi Imfurst is a drag queen comedian, actress, DJ and recording artist.

 

A 12 time GLAMMY Award nominee Mimi is a stand-up comedian, stage/film actress, and DJ.  One of the most buzzed about reality TV stars from the hit shows RuPaul’s Drag Race, and RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars, Mimi has also appeared on several other TV shows such as , Celebrity Apprentice, The Big Ang Show, Jersey Couture, The Howard Stern Show, ABC’s What Would You Do? and MTV’s Jackass.

 

A skillful stand-up comedian, Mimi Imfurst has been the opening act for both Kathy Griffin and Mo’Nique  both in front of audiences of 10,000 people.  She has also toured all over the country literally from Maine to Alaska.

 

She started the round-breaking pop group XELLE.  Their music videos gained international success after their video for PARTY GIRL went viral.  PEREZ HILTON called XELLE “Campy Deliciousness” and after debuting on MTV’s The Seven PARTY GIRL went number one in Australia. Their first full length EP QUEENS is available on iTunes.

 

No stranger to the Off-Broadway theatre scene, Mimi originated the role of CHER in Boylesque  the musical comedy parody of the Cher/Christina movie Burlesque, ROZ in the acclaimed Off-Broadway return of Thank You For Being A Friend the Golden Girls drag musical, Rhoda Heartbreak  as the show’s title character, and the role of ANNE FRANKENSTEIN in the celebrated and extended Off-Broadway production of The Diary of Anne Frankenstein.

 

Her favorite New York and regional theatre credits also include Hedwig and the Angry Inch (Hedwig), The Rocky Horror Show (Frank N’ Furter), and The Facts of Life (The Lost Episode)  (Natalie).  Her TV/FILM Credits also include The Real World, Nick and Norrah’s Infinite Playlist,  The Big Gay Sketch Show,  One Night Stand Up: Dragtastic NYC , The Tony Awards, Dance Your Ass Off and The Naughty Kitchen.

 

Her cabaret shows have played to sold out crowds in New York City, P-Town, Fire Island and across the country.  Past shows include “It’s a Show, Girl”Barely Living Legends”  and her annual holiday show that retells the Christmas story from the perfective of a boozy, lounge singing Virgin Mary;  Madonna’s Christmas Celebration, A Very Mary Christmas, Oh Holy Shit! It’s Christmas,  and Mary, Like a Virgin.

 

Aside from touring she currently hosts shows in New York City, Philadelphia, New Jersey and is a resident DJ at Resorts Casino in Atlantic City.  She can insure than in her quest for global domination, she never sleeps.
